Kotooshu still waiting

It was reported at 7:30 JST last night that when asked about Kotooshu's Ozeki promotion, Kitanoumi said "There are still 2 more days left. I can't say anything until it's all over."

Still, it seems highly unlikely they'd deny it unless Oshu loses both remaining matches in a spectacularly abysmal manner.

The rijikai meeting is scheduled for the 30th of November, so there's nothing official yet, but the media is already calling him Ozeki Kotooshu, and blathering on about the new speed record. Kitanoumi and Oshiogawa have been quoted as saying "Everyone is thinking the same thing"...
